As Ontrail Team, we love the content you’ve shared with us! These photos and videos you send us may inspire others for new journeys as well. That’s why we would like to use this content in visual, video or other data form by sharing, uploading, transmitting or publishing on our own platforms, to promote and advertise our products and to inspire People Ontrail.

We are a team that respects the rights of content producers. When you respond to our direct message request with the hashtag #YesOntrail, you are stating that you have read, understood and acknowledged our terms below.

By replying to Ontrail Store through Ontrail Pazarlama İletişim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, you grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable and sub-permissible right to photos and videos you’ve tagged @ontrailstore.

In addition, you acknowledge that;

• You are 18 years of age or older, 
• The photo is your own shot or you have the necessary content rights to grant this permission,
• The content does not contain any third party trademark or material protected by copyright or subject to the proprietary rights of another third party,
• The consent of all identifiable persons in the content (if an under 18 individual appears in the photo/video, you confirm that the child's parent or guardian gives this consent on their behalf),
• You represent and warrant that you waive your moral right to be identified as the original creator of the content or, where this is not the case, that you will not seek such moral right against us by legal means before seeking a peaceful settlement with us.

You are in control of the content you provide. If you do not want it to be used, you can end this agreement at any time by contacting us at hello@ontrailstore.com.
